CrossNet is, more than anything, a network. Its the network of people involved that provide support to each other. The network is made up of volunteers, participants, benefactors and beneficiaries. CrossNet provides the overall management of the formal community programmes to ensure compliance with regulations and to encourage efficiency and effectiveness.
Within the network things can seem informal and, at times, undefined. That's how networks operate. The network provides a framework in which people in our community can care for each other more effectively.
