Dale Bradley (Executive Chair)
Dale Bradley has been a community leader for over thirty years and was the founder of The Sowers' Trust. He is one of the founders of CrossNet and serves as the overall project manager.
Dale served as the lay leader of Howick Community Church for 12 years, leading this group through a period of significant growth. During this time he led a team that acquired and modified a large high street commercial building (including raising the funding).
Professionally, Dale is a successful and award winning, feature film director, writer and producer; working throughout the world on many film and television productions. Dale is an inspirational leader and loves to take the helm of creative teams to achieve results beyond normal expectations.

Gary Carr (Community Organiser)
Gary is a well known, and often recognised member of the East Auckland community having worked first as a youth worker and then as the Director of Community Programmes for SOWERS. Gary is married to Jacqui and together they have 5 children - a community in itself!!
For over two decades Gary has worked closely with other community leaders including school principals, police and government agencies and social workers. Gary has trained and supervised 11 qualified youth workers in partnership with schools in the area and is also an leader in local sports clubs and other community organisations. He is the 'go to' person when a youth mentor is required.

Jan Kennington (Board Member and Advisor)
Jan Kennington is a school principal who, for most of her career, has worked in Special Education. She has recently retired from two decades as the Principal of Wilson School , a Special School in Auckland. During this time she supervised the construction of a large new school complex as well as managing the school and staff. Managing a special education school requires a unique set of skills and Jan has a proven record dealing with complex management and personnel challenges.
Jan has had a long association with our community programmes and is a foundation CrossNet Board member, bringing a wealth of knowledge in both the educational and clinical areas. She is currently consulting to the education sector in Samoa as the Special Education Advisor.
