CrossNet is a network of community minded people in East Auckland and has become an important Community Hub for those committed to building community by supporting each other, using their abilities and resources. CrossNet links people with each other and creates communities of like minded people with common goals. We have been supporting our community through our programmes for over 25 years. Our programmes were originally operated under The Sowers' Trust but a re-organisation in 2015 resulted in the formation of CrossNet, enabling us to focus fully on community led initiatives. The trust has no formal link to a church, school or any other organisation, but works closely with many community groups.
See our CONNECT page to learn how to get our Email Updates; or how to Apply for Membership of CrossNet. And if you are able to support CrossNet financially, the information you need is on the Donors Page.
CrossNet is an incorporated society and registered as a NZ Charity. Donations to CrossNet qualify for a tax deduction under authorization from IRD. We are not a church or connected to a church but Christian principles are at the core of CrossNet. Our Charter includes a simple Christian Statement of Faith to guide our planning and goal setting. We work closely with churches, schools, government agencies and other community organisations.

Our volunteers and supporters meet every month for a CrossNet Gathering where we encourage each other and enjoy fellowship and a meal together.
